High frequency embossing machine

Scope of application: Suitable for the heat sealing process of car door panels, car floor mats, home sponge floor mats, carpets, and baby stroller mats.

Equipment features:

1. Adopting an oscillating circuit design, with high output and flexible upper voltage level.
2. Install spark protectors (NL873 or NL5557) to reduce the damage to the mold during ignition and decrease the scrap rate of the product.
3. Equipped with a synchronous meter that can set the current value, it automatically switches to high frequency when the high frequency current reaches the set value.
4. Dual electric slide table design, high-frequency current (VC, cross-linking) electric adjustment device, five adjustable high voltage transformer, dual slide table can be produced using different specifications of molds simultaneously.
