Automotive door panel welding machine

Scope of application: Used for large mattresses, sound-absorbing cotton indentation, car door panels, car fog curtains, heat sealing welding and cutting processes


Equipment features:

1. This machine is designed with a four column gantry, with a large worktable that can be customized into two types: dual head four station and single head two station according to customer needs.
2. Working mode: manual feeding, automatic welding and entry and exit. Work alternately at each workstation.
3. The advantage is that four or two workstations can achieve welding of different mold products, and the current size and time can be set. The double-sided electric power adjustment method provides high output and flexible voltage level. Easy to operate, there are two types of pressure mesons: pneumatic and hydraulic.
